VALENTINA

Holistic practitioner and Prema Vinyasa teacher with over 500 hours of training, I dedicate myself passionately to the world of yoga.

The term "Prema" embodies the concept of "unconditional love." In my classes, mainly inspired by Prema Vinyasa, I cultivate body awareness and soften mental structures, promoting an evolutionary exploration both at the individual and human levels.

My love for yoga is expressed through a constant balance between tradition and modernity, offering various people diverse experiences of connection with themselves and others. Embodiment, the awareness embodied in one's own body, is what I aim to convey, inviting them to embark on a journey through the creativity and innate uniqueness that characterize each of us.

In my lessons, meditation, somatic study of sequences, and breath often merge with the vibrational frequency of music, creating an experience of pure connection and freedom of being.

I organize sharing circles and retreats for women, often integrated with other disciplines such as surfing and climbing, to provide a comprehensive experience of well-being and personal growth.

Welcome to an immersive wellness experience, combining the ancient wisdom of Yoga with the therapeutic harmony of Sound Bath and Meditation. This approximately 2-hour journey begins with an invigorating Yoga session, preparing the body for a more connected state with ourselves and paving the way for a guided and thematic meditation.

Through meditation and journaling, we will have the opportunity to create intentions aligned with our deepest nature, shaping our inner journey.
